James Chung is a Korean American realtor with Plus Realty who has been helping military-connected families find homes near Camp Humphreys and Osan since moving to Korea in 2019. Raised in the United States, he understands both American and Korean cultures and enjoys helping newcomers feel at home while navigating life in Korea.

His close family ties to the U.S. military, including a former Air Force sister, a recently retired Air Force brother-in-law, and an active-duty Army father-in-law, have given him a deep understanding of the unique challenges military families face when relocating overseas.

James and his wife are raising their son in Korea, giving him firsthand experience with the importance of finding not just the right house, but the right community.
