Sinjeong Lake in Asan, South Korea creates a lovely backdrop for an adventure any time of year. That said, I consider fall and spring are the best time to walk the 4.5K around Sinjeong Lake Park. The many trees offer lots of shade during this lake walk but even the shade can’t compete with the humidity during the summer months. If visiting Sinjeong Lake Park in the winter, make sure you wear something to cover your face and ears as the winds can be unforgiving as it blows across the cold water.
What is there to do at Sinjeong Lake Park in Asan-si?
Still, the lake walk is surrounded by a water park, a sculpture park, playgrounds, swings, beautiful flower gardens in the Spring and Summer, restaurants, and over twenty cafes.

Sinjeong Lake has many cafes and restaurants but this one is new, has a lake side view and roof top seating area, very modern architecture. Food items that are mostly sweet.
Cafe Annac Notes: Open at 08:30. Brunch, Limited rooftop seating but the trees around the lake obstruct most of the view.
