The pizza is made right there in front of you after you order. The menu is a touch screen pad that has English as an option. There was a 20 minute wait while I visited during the lunch time hour but it was definitely worth the wait. There are only 10 bar stools facing the oven so the place is small. At first we were a little salty about the cost but the food looked so good we committed. We bought 400g of meat and the 비빔내면 and the 된장찌개 because we are addicted. The second we ate the meat we knew it was worth every penny. We went from a little mad about the cost per 100g to thinking we got one of the best deals in town. They get a lot of details right like outlet in our bench seating, the cute little Jeju statue on the meat platter, the smoked salts, the meat seasoning, the entryway with benches for waiting while they prep your table. I need to say it again, the spot felt like an absolutely steal for the quality, service, and vibes. We paid 19,000 KRW each for what we got. That’s like 14 USD for an awesome meal. This is a fancy Korean BBQ restaurant where they triple smoke (charcoal, some kind of grass, applewood) your beef ribs before grilling them at your table on a cast iron grill at your table. They are grilled medium rare. The ribs arrive at your table in a smoker shaped like a treasure box (applewood). I thought this was weird in the marketing but I was fully invested when it arrived at my table. When the box opens and the delicious smell and smoke billows out you’ll be like, “Yah, ok. That’s actually necessary.”
