Keep in mind, going around the lake to visit Cafe Cote Loc, Cafe Emerald Green, and Cafe Mell Mell can include some traffic drama because it’s two-way traffic on a tiny one-way road. Expect some waiting time. Cafe Blue on Blue and Despacito Cafe should have no parking and driving drama. Beautiful lake view, very romantic. Both outdoor and indoor seating on the first level. Only sweet bakery items. Kids not allowed on rooftop. Access and parking can be slow and complicated since it’s cars going two ways on a one lane road around a lake.
