Event Refunds
- Full Refund: To receive a full refund for event cancellations, you must cancel at least 7 days in advance.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are eligible for a 50% refund.
Overview
Our general refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for items returned in original condition. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Newspapers, magazines
Additional Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable content
To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that purchases should not be sent back to the manufacturer directly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send an email to notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as processing may take time.
- Contact your bank. Processing times vary.

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded; sale items are non-refundable.
Gifts
For items marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
