Spicy food makes life better. Go get a hot chicken sandwich and turn that frown upside down.
A hot chicken trend might be on the horizon
Hot Chicken Sandwiches are moving toward becoming “a thing” in Pyeongtaek. Once we top 3 of anything they usually start popping up on more menus as other places try to keep up the trend.
Honestly, since I love spicy chicken I hope this trend continues to grow. Currently, there are three places I would recommend trying a hot chicken sandwich in Pyeongtaek. Each spot offers up its own version of a “hot chicken” sandwich. There are two in Songtan and one in Paengseong.
I’m not going to try to convince you that any one of these is better than the other. Finding the right spicy chicken sandwich is a personal journey of discovery. What I will say is that these three spots have put in the work to create a great sandwich.
Here are the hot chicken Sandwiches to try:
1) “Korean Hot” from SandFox Sandwiches in Sinjang/Songtan
2) “Hot Chicken Sandwich” from Legit Burger in Sinjang/Songtan (Featured in the header image from their post in Pyeongtaek Food & Fun)
3) “Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich” Pub210 in Anjeongri/Paengseong (It’s a bold moving calling it a Nashville hot)

Delicious and unique sandwiches on homemade bread. Go hungry because their food is rich and filling. They close early if they sell out of buns.

This is both the perfect place to eat with your family and a late night venue with lots of food and drinks to keep you going. Pub 210 serves a lovely Sunday Brunch.
If you have a hot chicken sandwich that you think needs added to this list just let us know and we will update it. Quite honestly, I was very surprised that Bruxie doesn’t have a Hot Chicken option on their menu yet. It would be really interesting to try their version of a “hot chicken” sandwich.
